Give yourself time to grow.

Therapy is an investment of time, energy, and money.

It’s an investment into your own potential for growth, healing, and connection. And you are worth it.

My fees are as follows:

Individual Therapy: $140 per hour

Couples Therapy: $160 per hour

(Most sessions are 50 minutes unless otherwise arranged with me.)

Intensive therapy packages start at $599 for individuals and $1,799 for couples.

Intensives can be scheduled as one time or recurring depending on your needs and goals. Costs are dependent on your specific customized program (3 hrs in 1 day, 3 90-min sessions across the week, 3 hrs across 2 days, etc.) as well as when the intensive is scheduled (weekdays vs weekends). I will give you a specific estimate once I understand what type of program may be most suited for you.

I know many of you pay a significant amount for health insurance, and it’s important to you that you be able to utilize the benefits you pay for. While I do not accept insurance at this time, I’ve partnered with Mentaya, a service that streamlines getting reimbursed for your therapy sessions through out-of-network benefits.

Mentaya is perfect if you:

  • Have out-of-network benefits

  • Feel overwhelmed by superbills and insurance

  • Have submitted superbills but failed to get any reimbursement

  • Simply want to skip the hassle of paperwork!

Here's how it works:

  1. Sign up for Mentaya: https://mentaya.co/inviteclient/N1lAwXijBzoKcizIXcmX

  2. Our practice will enter your sessions into the platform.

  3. Mentaya submits the claim and handles any insurance follow-up.

  4. You get reimbursed by insurance!

Mentaya charges a 5% fee per claim, which includes handling any paperwork required, dealing with denials, and calling insurance companies.

It's risk-free: They guarantee claims are successfully submitted, or they issue a full refund of their fees.

Use this tool below to see if you qualify for reimbursement for my services.

I accept debit, credit, & HSA/FSA cards for payment. Please check with your individual HSA/FSA plan around coverage for services and any potential limits to eligibility.

As an out-of-network provider, I have partnered with Mentaya to help my clients save money on therapy. During a consultation call, we can help you figure out your out-of-network benefits and see if you qualify for reimbursement for my services, or you are more than welcome to utilize the tool above to assess your out-of-network benefits.

If you qualify, Mentaya will file the claims and handle the insurance paperwork to make sure you get reimbursed. They have helped people get thousands of dollars back per year.

Note: Mentaya’s goal is to save you time and money. It's completely optional, and as a therapist, I do not benefit in any way from your use of the service. You are absolutely welcome to request a Superbill from me directly and submit it directly to your insurance provider without incurring any fees, though you’ll need to do so without the additional support provided by Mentaya.

Please speak with your insurance provider to confirm your out-of-network benefits prior to scheduling an appointment.

I do not accept health insurance.

I choose to work with you, not for insurance companies. More and more, insurance companies are encouraging brief forms of therapy, and disincentivizing longer sessions and specific modalities, which is often why I have clients come to me saying “I know why I’m struggling, I know what I should be doing, but I don’t feel like I’m getting to the root of the problem.”

I believe in forms of therapy that are geared towards you as a unique individual and helping you to go deeper than some of the forms of therapy insurance companies are willing to pay for. Intensive sessions, specifically, are an amazing support for many people to feel better faster, but these sessions are not covered by most insurance companies (they may reimburse portions of an Intensive, but not in full). Other, sometimes newer, forms of therapy don’t rely on the medical view of mental health, and insurance companies are slow to adjust.

The you of tomorrow won’t have to wonder what could have been.

The you of tomorrow will be so grateful you made the investment today.

Cancellation policy: You will be charged the full fee for cancelled or rescheduled sessions with less than 24-hour notice, as well as in the event of a no-show. Exceptions are made for unavoidable conflict or emergencies, under which we can make other arrangements to avoid the cancellation fee.

When you enter into therapy with me, I commit to you and your healing, and I ask you to be equally invested.

I reserve an appointment time just for you. I carefully limit how many clients I choose to work with at any given time, which allows me to serve you best by not burning out, being able to be intentionally present for you, and spend more time preparing resources and planning sessions for you. Outside of working hours, I am always working hard to continue my own growth and to continue learning inclusive and effective therapeutic practices to best support your therapeutic goals (I take trainings at least monthly to ensure I’m staying immersed in the latest methods and research to be the best possible therapist I can be for you).
